Hey there, Sprouse. Today is Monday, February 27, 2023. Today is also the feast day of an English saint, St. Anne Line, who died during the persecution of Catholics in the 1500s in England and converted to Catholicism when she was a young woman.

And after her husband died,

she used her wealth and influence to hide priests

who were working underground in England

to bring the Mass and other sacraments

to Catholics who lived there.

Eventually, she was found out.

In her trial, she confessed to having harbored priests, and her only regret, she said, was that she could not hide thousands of more priests to bring the faithful the sacraments.

She died a martyr and was remembered on this day.
