Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus:

O most holy heart of Jesus, fountain of every blessing, I adore You, I love You, and with lively sorrow for my sins I offer You this poor heart of mine. Make me humble, patient, pure and wholly obedient to Your will. Grant, good Jesus, that I may live in You and for You. Protect me in the midst of danger. Comfort me in my afflictions. Give me health of body, assistance in my temporal needs, Your blessing on all that I do, and the grace of a holy death. Amen.

0:41.0	Happy Feast Day. I hope that you feel well prepared after going through this week of content of learning that the heart of Jesus is where human beings and God are united
0:48.5	because he had a human heart filled with divine love. I hope that every time you look at the image of the sacred heart of Jesus, you're reminded
0:58.5	of those Old Testament stories about fire that symbolize our God, that he is the eternal
1:05.8	God dwelling in Jesus' heart.
1:09.1	When you see those crown of thorns, you're reminded of the agony and
1:12.9	humiliation that Jesus endured out of love for us, and how he continues to endure these things when
1:20.3	people disrespect or ignore the Eucharist, and how you are more motivated to go and comfort his heart there.
1:29.0	When you see that cross growing out the top of the sacred heart of Jesus,
1:34.0	I hope you are always reminded that true love requires sacrifice and often suffering,
1:41.7	and that that cross symbolizes Jesus' love for you, his willingness to suffer
1:47.4	and to save you from your sins so that you can join him in heaven one day.
1:52.2	When you see that wound on the side of the heart of Jesus, I pray that you remember the
1:57.9	great gift of the sacrament of baptism, which made you a son or daughter of
2:02.7	God, and also the Holy Eucharist, where Jesus comes and offers himself to us in a way that
2:10.6	won't frighten us, but we are able to be with him. And finally, when you see the image of the
2:17.2	sacred heart, look at those rays of light
2:20.6	shining from the heart. Remind yourself that Jesus is the light of the world, that he is the way that
2:26.9	you will find your way through the darkness of this life. And also, if you are his follower,
2:33.8	your heart, your body will be glorified with him in life. And also, if you are his follower, your heart, your body will be glorified with him in
2:38.5	heaven forever. And so sprouts, all that I want to do today is to pray with you. I would like to
