0:42.3	And today we're going to talk about crystals that can help you with your psychic development.
0:47.9	There are so many stones out there. I don't know how you and I narrowed it down, but we try, right?
0:53.7	Well, we did try and some of the stones that I'm going to be talking about, not only help with psychic development, but help with your connection to spirit in general.
1:03.5	Yes, exactly. And I think it's important to consider working with crystals when you're meditating.
1:09.1	If you're doing any psychic tools, if you're working, if you're working with Taro or Oracle decks or scrying to have a crystal or two or five, that you could rely on.
1:20.4	Because what crystals do is they really help uplift and raise your vibrations.
1:25.3	Something I think is that's important to remember is that our vibrations are always changing, right?
1:30.4	We're up, we're down, we're tired, we're energetic or hopeful, we're anxious.
1:35.0	Our energy is kind of all over the place in any given day.
1:38.2	Whereas a crystal grows at the same vibratory rate, no matter how the environment it's in changes, nothing will affect it.
1:45.8	It vibrates at the same rate. So a clear quartz, for example, is always going to vibe at a very, very high rate, a hematite is going to vibe at a lower rate, which is why it's so great for grounding and protection.
1:57.4	And when you bring those crystals with their own unique vibratory rate into your energy field, what happens is your vibratory energy works to match and align with that.
2:09.8	The same way you would with a person, right? Like if you're around a happy person, you tend to feel happier and more hopeful and positive.
