And we're so excited that you are with us this week because it's time once again for Crystal Lessons 101.

Except this time we're going to talk about advanced practices with Crystal and working with high vibrational stones. And Samantha, dear, it is yours.

Take us away. Okay. I love talking about crystals. And so we thought we would just talk about.

I didn't know that. I didn't know that. Sorry. I thought we would start by talking about one of my

all-time favorite crystals,

the queen of crystals, Clear Quartz.

Now, as you know, Clear Quartz is called the Master Healer.

But here's what's amazing about Clear Courts.

It is a blank slate, which means you can ask it to work with you on anything.

So while Rose Quartz or Votcyte is focused on all things about

love or hematite is all about shielding and protection, clear courts is wide open, meaning you can

ask it to help you with manifesting, abundance, healing, inner work, whatever it is you're focusing on now.

You can even ask your courts for specific help with your dreams.

You can also try this with lapis, amethyst, howlite, or unichite.

Here's how to do it. Hold your clear quartz point in your dominant hand, the one you write with, and point

it facing away from you. Close your eyes and imagine your intention as a beam of colored light

flowing from your third eye down your arm and into the crystal. The trick is to be super specific.

Instead of just saying, I want good dreams, try something like, I want to remember and understand messages from the dream state that serve my highest good.

Then slip it into your pillowcase. You can also write a specific question down and place this with your crystal under your pillow

inside the pillow case. And as I've said before, it usually takes a couple of days, sometimes a week or two,
