Summary

On this Walking in the Shadows the Cult Edition episode, we get straight into poltergeists — where the word comes from, how the phenomenon has been recorded through history, and why certain patterns keep repeating no matter the location. We break down the different types of poltergeist activity, then bring it closer to home with well known cases from Australia and New Zealand that don’t get talked about enough.
From objects moving without explanation to long term household disturbances, we also share our own experiences and what they’ve taught us about how poltergeist activity actually shows up in real life — not the Hollywood version, but the messy, unsettling, and often misunderstood reality.
