Like to get back into training because of the altitude or did you take a few days just because you've recently done on bound

So you're really not like you know hammering it with training. How did you respond to the altitude change considering you've grown up a whole life?

Yeah, um last week was pretty easy. We were moving kind of back moving back to Tucson and took a few days chill just hanging out right the ebike and

Hang out a bit and then this week's just kind of mellow volume to kind of ease back into training and the altitude at the same time

Normally the altitude doesn't bother me too much coming back up from Tucson

But it is nice to still kind of east back into a little bit

You don't want to go straight into intervals at least because give myself a weaker so to adjust
