wonderful new year. And I am prayerful that today's content will set the theme

for the entire year laid ahead of you. It is my genuine privilege today to read Psalm 107 for you,

discuss how it alone has the power to shape how you interact with everything that is coming in your

life, and then wrap this episode up with three

super practical ideas to help lock the psalmist's words into place and to give you some

things to attend to right away. Today's episode content is a part of a conscious effort to convince

you that the most valuable changes you will make this year will start

on the inside. I know we like to think externally, planning things, starting things, setting habits

into place. And if you go back to the episodes in the month of December, we spend some time on that,
