in the English. Premiership, George Furbank. Do you want to share initial impressions, initial meetings

of James Haskell? We haven't been away for a while in preseason. It was like, where do we go,

Swansea? I was the first academy lad that he's got. And on the screen, it just says,

Academy Player 1. Where are you in your career now?

You go into international rugby and everything seems to change.

There's a lot of scrutiny on you.

I think one thing I've learned massively is you don't always need to be the voice as a captain.

So I got pretty good to delegating, potentially too much.

It's actually too much at times.

That's what we called them Delio Amen, because we always have to get the last word.

Can I ask about your relationship, friendship, rivalry with Freddie's student?

We're pretty friendly off the field and try and learn from each other's games, but yeah, he's flying at the moment.

What was the aftermath of winning that final like?

I think my fondest memory is probably the open top bus tour. It was packed.

And I remember that, I was like, this is, yeah, I feel like you've made it.
