But talk to me about core values, like what kind of values are you looking for in an interview process?

Yeah, I think the biggest one for me is work ethic.

Like, work ethic and actual ethics too, right?

Like, are you going to do the right things

when no one's watching?

Because in sales, I mean, sales people

have an extremely bad rep in general just for like lying

or being deceptive.

Or that's just like across the board, like and so it's up to the good ones or you know to have integrity because you're dealing with people's credit card information in some cases or if you know if as an investor you

know we're calculating hundreds of thousands of dollars and deals you know it's

you're locking up contracts you're dealing with a bunch of stuff so if you don't

have somebody

who's going to act with integrity you know that's that's probably number one

so number one is integrity number two is work ethic like yeah are you going to

put in the work put in the work, put in the dials, and then the third one then at that point I think is more so like are you going to, I mean one of our core values is play fair.

I think that's extremely important important and then are they going to

train daily and are they gonna like constantly be getting better at their

craft because like our best people are role-playing every day they are sharpening their like iron so to

speak yeah and yeah so I think those be my top four for sure what are some red flags

in interview I think if they go through that first interview

really really well then that's a little bit of a red flag because that means

they've been doing it a lot. Yeah well because I mean just like anything, right?
