That's Kevin Silva.

His little brother, Kurt Silva, was just 17 years old in 1981

when he walked out of a house party

after drinking copious amounts of grain alcohol and went missing from a Cleveland

Ohio suburb. Five days later his body was found in a ravine in an area where

his friends and family had searched in the days following his disappearance.

But 39 years ago, the autopsy revealed that he'd only been dead for about a day or so,

and the coroner determined his death was instantaneous

physiological death. There was still 0.11 blood alcohol content in his

system and there weren't any signs of trauma.

So what happened between the time he vanished from the party

and the time he was found not far from that house?

To this day, Kurt's case remains a mystery.

But we might be closer to answers now.
