What up you guys? Welcome back to the pod. I have such a good episode for you today. The

episode today is kind of how I want every single episode to go because it's a little bit of this it's a little

bit of that it's a high-low episode. Now high-low as a term was actually

thought up by one of my favorite people that I look up to, Tina Brown.

If you don't know who Tina Brown is, she was the editor of Vanity Fair in the 90s,

and she revamped that magazine and made it the powerhouse that it was for so long.

And basically what she realized is people like a little bit of high and they like a little bit of low. So they like a little bit of high and they like a little bit of lassious gossip they like a

little bit of syllab and they also want to be smart and educated and no

opinions on what's going on in the world.

And that is exactly how I think about this community.

And as I settle in New York and as I have more time,

this is kind of how I want the episodes to go so that you leave feeling truly nourished on a multi-level system.

So let's just start with a little recap.

First of all, I just came from Dr. Devgan's office. I think you would put this in the high brow category.

Because I went to fix the tech neck and the crow's feet, you know what I mean?

And as you guys know, I've been feeling some type of way about aging.

I've been feeling a bit wobbly about it, and I've been on a little bit of a mini-hotness campaign.

And so last week I got a clear and brilliant laser at JTav, skin care, you need to go to her, you

need to see Joey.

We did like a few lasers, but I really just wanted to fix the texture of my skin.

And then this week I was going to fix the old

crow's feet and the old tech neck with Dr. Devgan and yesterday I had asked you guys if you like what to do
