1:00.1	Behind the boat. Perhaps they are headed to Catalina Island too, you wonder.
1:11.4	As the ferry proceeds, a towering island begins to reveal itself through the fog.
1:19.8	You're still a few miles away when the whole length of the island comes into view.
1:26.0	There are two bays where most people on the island congregate, a larger one to the south,
1:34.2	and a smaller one to the north. The larger one, off to your left, is your immediate destination.
1:43.1	But the smaller one, called two harbours, which lies off to your right, will be where you end the day.
1:55.5	You caught the first ferry out of Long Beach, California this morning,
2:00.4	and you're headed to Avalon, the main town on Catalina Island.
2:07.4	Nestled in a cove between two mountains, rising right out of the ocean,
2:13.2	this town is a much sought after escape from the hustle and bustle of life on the mainland.
2:20.0	As the ferry draws ever closer, the Quaint Harbour Town comes to life.
2:30.4	Sailboats of every size and colour rock in the morning tide.
2:37.4	Shops and houses reach down the sides of the mountain, all the way to the white sandy beach,
2:45.0	resting at the centre of it all.
2:50.8	As you pour into Avalon Harbour, the boat slows and edges up to a large wooden dock,
2:57.6	a long one side of the cove.
3:01.7	The seagulls who have been trailing the ferry from Long Beach, diverte toward the sandy shore,
