An old Greg Glassman clip talking about the main thing as an affiliate owner or an affiliate

should be thinking about is the constant pursuit

of excellence and that'll build yourself out a good business. Is that still true? What does that

mean? We're going to dissect it. There was already some back and forth in the comments, which is

exactly the intent of a clip like that, is to get the conversation started. We're also going to dive into

HQ's newest hire Chief People's Officer. Chief People, I don't even know what that means.

Matt Byrne says, I have to admit, the title of Chief People officer has me concerned.

It has all of us concerned. She's the chief of the people.

But she's also worked there before.
