So I think it's lazy not to question them and question everything.

20 years ago or so, it was all in vogue and management and government.

The concept of zero based budgeting.

Some of you probably went through those exercises.

You remember how that went and it meant nasty habit in government

is if your department got a million dollars last year, you spend every last penny

because if you don't spend every penny that's in your budget, the next year,

they go, oh, well, you may do with nine 50.

So we're going to cut 50 out of your budget.

They don't reward you for thrift.

They punish you for it.

So anybody who's a vendor to governmental entities knows it at the end of the

year, you go, hey guys, y'all got any money you guys spend?

If you got money, what you got to spend?

Well, we got this fancy new thing.

And what you do is you find ways to sell them stuff that they're going to need in the

future, but sell it now so the money gets spent.

If you, you got say a hundred grand left in your budget, we're giving trips to

Vegas to any government entity that spends a hundred thousand or more.

Hey, honey, I'm taking you to Vegas.

So you spend a hundred thousand of the taxpayers money, you get the private
