I got to admit there are so many aspects of what's going on right now economically

and to some extent newswise but mostly just the economics of it that I'm just

baffled by we were just talking about the housing market how insane it was

for quite a while and you know everything varies depending on where you are

in the local real estate market but I mean it was just overheated to the point of

boiling for a long time where does that go now?

you know is it a soft landing is it a crash is it those hundreds of thousands of

laptop people making hundreds of thousands of dollars that we're talking about last
