When you receive criticism, instead think of it as information that can help you grow.

Instead of seeking approval, you ask, what's wrong with it?

How can I make it better?

You are more likely to get a truthful, critical answer.

Here's how Elon Musk put it, a well thought out critique is as valuable as gold.

And you should seek that from everyone you can, but particularly your friends.

It doesn't mean your friends are right, but you at least want to listen very carefully

to what they say and to everyone.

So today, I want you to seek criticism, ask at least three people about how you are behaving

or what's wrong with something you are working on.
