This actually came up because in my time frame, the round that Stephen ran is now in the

recent past and I was thinking about the way my magical abilities worked in that game.

And I had a question regarding my daily powers as a fighter.

What is the actual mechanic explanation that, say, my common fault charge can only be used

Oh, in character, mechanically speaking, the reason for that is that everybody gets

at will encounter in daily powers.
