Hey everyone, before we get started into this week's critical hit, I just wanted to take

a moment and thank everyone for being a part of Critical Hit.

And as you know in the last couple of episodes, we've been answering listener email.

Well, we are so far ahead in answering in the recording of our shows.

This email came in and I thought, well, we probably ought to address it now because by

the time we would actually get to it in our show recordings, it would be too late.

It would be way too late.

So, we're going to take a moment here and we're going to read this email from Blake.

Who says, since you guys have started doing your end of the show Q&A sessions, I thought

I would write and ask a question.

I think we need to play like some soft music in here, some violins or something.

I live with my parents and although I'm about to leave for college this fall, I thought

that I should tell my parents about me playing Dungeons and Dragons.

They grew up during the whole Dungeons and Dragons as the work of a double era of gaming

and even had a friend who needed psychological help after becoming his character.

I've been playing D&D and other such tabletop games behind their back for nearly a year

now.

With me moving out to college soon, I figured that I should tell them before they stumble

upon my stash of dice and assorted books.

In the past, I've been expressly forbidden from playing such games.

However, a good friend of mine got me into playing online with him and some other people.

Since then, I've been able to play online nearly every day and most weekends with my friends.
