0:54.0	So in Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition, there are three tiers of play
0:59.0	levels 1-10, our heroic tier, levels 11-20, our Paragon tier,
1:05.0	and levels 21-30, our epic tier.
1:10.0	Paragon Pads are what you get at the beginning of Paragon tier
1:15.0	and they are basically a stack of bonuses and powers that you get
1:23.0	when you hit 11 sort of to show that you have broken out of,
1:27.0	you are no longer just the, or rather, you have just become
1:31.0	the best that your race and class can possibly offer.
1:36.0	You are now not just a super cool wizard, but one of the greatest
1:41.0	wizards and will continue to get better.
