on the train ride today I had a a chat for most of the ride with a Russian guy and an Argentine guy who were both coming out for the game and the Russian guy translated the question from a woman sitting next to him

who wanted to know from me and the Argentine guy how we found Russia so far. She was very

curious about our impressions of Russia. And I answered before setting

foot in Nizhny Novgorod that my guess is that Moscow is not Russia. My guess is that Moscow is an entity unto itself, you know, how people always say that if you want to leave, if you want to see England leave London, it would be like assuming Manhattan is representative of the

of the US. That was my feeling about Moscow because Moscow is just too monumental

and cosmopolitan and was just
