So big deals appear to be on the horizon.

John Malone, who is this billionaire, brilliant.

He's got a PhD in operations research, whatever that is, from Johns Hopkins.

But he built a cable giant back in the day. Then he

sort of seemed to go away. Now he is back. His company, Charter, is making a play for Time Warner

cable. As you recall, Comcast was trying to buy Time Warner cable, but the federal government

thought that was too big, too much internet control, particularly.

So now he's doing this deal, and it feels like, it sounds like from what he's saying publicly,

this is the beginning of something. Yeah, not only will he be the third largest pay TV provider

in the country, but based on comments he made this week and what people think in the industry,
