some are calling it a major escalation of the war,

hitting Russia closer to its own border.

And Russian President Vladimir Putin is calling it an act of terrorism.

The blast collapsed a portion of the bridge that set fire to another section

engulfing a train loaded with fuel.

The Kirch bridge connects Russia to the annex territory of Crimea.
