First up, a man who avoided arrest for 20 months. He's getting closer to his murder case being in the hands of a Virginia jury.

The O'Pair Affair murder trial for Brendan Banfield has already seen the state's

star witness on the stand, the Banfield family O'Pair, Juliana Magalajas. She laid out

everything about her affair with Banfield and then a plan to remove Banfield's wife, Christine,

from the picture. Now, the O'Pair says the Banfield was the mastermind behind this plot that

involved luring a man that they found on a fetish dating website to come to their home for a

consensual attack on Christine in order to stage a double murder. Now today the jury was inundated

with photos portraying the gruesome scene where two victims lost their lives inside of the
