and at least one of the judges isn't happy about it.

All right. Allison, when is going to be the week when I opened by saying, oh, not much going on here?

Yeah, pretty slow news week. I don't think is in our

future anytime soon. It's definitely not this week because once again, a lot has happened

in the past seven days. And we're going to try to cover it all for you on today's episode. So where do you

want to start? Well, given that we had an entire bonus episode on Monday, this past Monday, dedicated

to the Supreme Court decision, 7 to 2, blocking the government from removing members of the

putative class in the Northern District of Texas pending the outcome of the litigation,

overdue process, and the legality of the Alien Enemies Act, I think we should start

there.
