property. 37-year-old Krik arrested for a second time in one day. A simple traffic stop

earns Timothy Swarthard a trip to jail. That's what happens when you're carrying 86 grams

of methamphetamine, 2 grams of cocaine, the 27-year-old now facing meth trafficking, and
