in the shoving death of 87-year-old voice teacher Barbara Mayer-Gustern. After a night of drinking,

Ponzianza shoved Gustern for no apparent reason as she waited on the street outside of her building.

Ponzianza shoved Gustern to the ground and walked away. Gustern was taken to the hospital
