When they get there, three people on the property, two surrender a third wearing only underwear

runs, waiting out into a pond.

An officer managed to grab a hold of Richard Turner, the two struggle, and Turner holds

the officer underwater until he nearly drowns, getting away while the officer is passed

out.

The Turner entered the pond to avoid being tased.

During the struggle with the officer, Turner took his radio so he could not call for help.

The officer was rushed to the hospital when he was discovered and released in good condition

hours later.

Cops arrested Burdeen Cole and Tamara Clifton on scene for breaking and entering and began

a manhunt for Turner that spanned two days.

Turner returned to the home to gather his belongings and is arrested on attempted, aggravated,

murder, assault on a cop and breaking an entering.

On New York golf or accidently strikes a Canadian goose with a ball and takes it upon

himself to, quote, put it out of its misery.

He takes a club and strikes the goose over and over, stopping briefly to notice the goose

is still moving then continues beating it.

A vet who examined the Burdeen remains to say the goose was unangered by the golf ball.
