and says her back hurts.

She tries to explain what happens, saying,

Florida Police reviewed daycare surveillance video and see employee Marlissa

Rosier approached journey while she's playing.

She slaps the baby so hard the toddler falls to the ground.

Twenty minutes later, Rosier lifts journey three feet in the air, walks her to a corner, and throws
