Elliot claims to have previous issues with mental health, but her attorneys do not

want her to undergo an evaluation at this time. Brandy Elliot 33 now charged with murder.

Officers finally find pancakes sleeping on a bench nearby. A brief search reveals

hidden in pancakes pajama pockets. None of the animals are hurt, but

pancakes take it to the hospital to get several bites and scratches looked at.
