For Dead, Nancy two weeks prior to the murder, Elkins purchased a GPS tracker for Beard to

place on Birkett's car and later planted drugs and a gun with no serial number in Birkett's

trunk. Beard then called police and falsely reported Birkett was selling drugs. Beard claimed

he was home with Elkins at the time of the attack, but eventually confessed to all of these crimes.

Beard 36 gets 43 years behind bars, Elkins, 32, now facing charges of conspiracy to stalk,

stalking with a dangerous weapon resulting in death. Delivered cops pull over Jamal Wing

for speeding. He gets out of the car despite officers ordered to stay put. One officer brings

out a police dog to encourage Wing to cooperate, but instead Wing attacks the dog,

biting the dog multiple times and finding officer attempts to intervene. Wing finally subdued,

charged with assaulting an officer, assault a law enforcement animal, DUI resisting with violence,
