Breaking Crime News now, Michelle Peters 47, grabs the mountain dew for her husband

from the garage fridge, and she adds a little round-up weed killer before she gives it to him. Why? She's angry her husband never said

thank you for the 50th birthday party she threw for him. The husband becomes

sick after drinking the mountain dew.

When he gets the same symptoms, different day, same scenario,

he sets up cameras in the garage and catches her in the act of poisoning him.

Peters admits she poisoned the drinks to be mean because her husband did not seem appreciative of her

Michelle Peters now charged with domestic assault and armed criminal action.
