Crime Alert. I'm Nasee Grace. Breaking crime news now. Garrett Rep, known as a trouble resident at his

Oregon apartment complex, served with an eviction notice. But over the next months,

Rep locks himself in another tenets unit and from it have to break down the door to remove him.

Rep then decides to prefer a two-bedroom unit and tears a hole in his wall to gain access to a

neighboring unit. A week after a court rules cops can forcibly remove Rep from the unit, Rep starts

a fire. They completely gets the 113-year-old building, displacing all the residents.

Nancy, police responded to the May apartments 33 times since Rep's move to the building.

Half of those responses were to shut off the building's fire alarm, which was pulled 16 times,

most recently the day before the fire. Rep started his construction project the same day as the fire

and was arrested and released that day. Rep owed about $3,500 and rent and late payment fines.

Rep, 30, now facing a slew of charges including arson, endangerment and mischief.

A Connecticut homeowner calls 911 after an extremely intoxicated man, punches through a window

in the home and tries to come inside. Andrew Smith, 29, does not cooperate with cops who try to

get him help for cuts on his hands and arms from his attempt to climb through the broken window.

As cops try to cut Smith, he attacks them, biting one officer so badly. EMTs need

to clean up his injury too. Smith now charged with disturbing the pace and three counts assault on a cop.
