John Towers, an employee at a public park in Putnam County, New York, carefully

cleans the restrooms. In the women's restroom, however, he also plants 10 spy cams.

Some of the cameras appear to be ballpoint pins, battery packs, and buttons. Towers takes roughly 800 explicit

photos of women and girls using that restroom.

Nancy in addition to the 800 photos and videos recorded inside the restroom, police found

towers uploaded nearly 6,000 similar files to the internet.

Many of the files were named with Young. Police believed the cameras were hidden in the bathroom for at least 18 months.
