Crime Alert, I'm Nancy Grace, breaking crime news now, Nathan Rowell robs the gas station

at gunpoint, then takes off on foot.

Rowell, 34, breaks into a homeowner's detached garage and barricades himself inside.

Colorado cops, alert neighbors warning them to stay indoors and away from their doors

and windows.

Nancy evidence gathered at the gas station tied Roll to the robbery, as well as several

others in the area over the last few months.

The school of parolee at the time of the robbery has been convicted of eight prior felonies

that combined held a sentence of nearly 41 years in prison, much longer than roll actually

served.

Rowell tries to run, but he's blocked by a cop perimeter and arrested for ag, robbery,

burglary, minising, and theft.

Janice Johnson visits Nicholas Rice in an Alabama prison and brings several protein

drinks to the convicted fentanyl dealer.

Several staff suspect the bottles have been tampered and testing reveals they contain

meth, marijuana, and suboxone.

A medication used to treat opioid addiction.

Rice allegedly arranged for the delivery that contained 24 grams of meth, 24 grams of

marijuana, an unknown amount of suboxone, and a battery.

Nancy Johnson was taken into custody during a hearing for Rice and both are now staying

in the same prison.

With Johnson and Rice now charged with conspiracy to commit controlled substance crime.
