Crime Alert, I'm Nancy Grace, breaking crime news now, and Oregon Dad leaves his two children in a running car while running a quick errand.

When he returns, he sees a woman hopping into the driver's seat.

He desperately tries to stop her but she peals off

with the two children in the back seat. At a red light, the nine and 12-year-old

siblings jump out of the car and flag down help.

Nancy, the children were in the car with the thief for about 10 minutes before making their

escape and flagging down help.

A passerby calls 911 and Portland police reunite the children with their father who receives medical attention for minor injury sustained while trying to stop the thief.

Officers also begin searching for the stolen car which is spotted traveling north on I-5.

The driver ignores sirens and orders to pull over.

After a chase, cops pin the stolen car.

Driver Iosha Millage, 33, now charged with robbery, kidnap, eluding, and reckless driving.

California cops get a call about a woman stealing a whole shopping cart full of merchandise.
