Allegations of child abuse leads to the arrest of a South Carolina special ed teacher.

A witness tells cops Grace McGulgen leaves her class alone for hours at a time.

Hit students in the back of the head, has dumped a student out of a chair,

and has rubbed hand sanitizer into one student's open wound.

McGulgen, 60, caught on video, punching a little girl in class.

The teacher will face charges, Nancy, in an upcoming preliminary hearing Friday for the treatment of her students.

The school's principal will also face charges for failing to report the abuse.

In addition to criminal charges, the victim's parents are suing the teacher seeking damages,

but also a full account of the incidents their non-verbal children can't tell them about.

McGulgen now facing six counts of child abuse and several lawsuits from parents.

Ryan Brunette offers to make some repairs in his neighbor's Texas home with a devious plan in mind,

while fixing the problem in the woman's attic, he drills a small hole above her shower

and installs a camera to spy on her.

The woman noticed a small hole in the bathroom ceiling and asked a friend to take a look in the attic

where the camera was discovered.

An SD card in the camera had more than 1,000 videos on it,

several of which Nancy were exported and saved as favorites.

Brunette now charged with video voyeurism and is banned from contacting the victim or entering her home.
