Crime alert, I'm Nancy Grace. Breaking Crime News now. George Tracy 21 walks into an Indianapolis

mobile gas station and browses. When Tracy approaches the cashier, he's got a gun. Holding the

cashier at gunpoint, he demands the cashier empty the register. When the cash comes out to just

over 200 bucks, Tracy irate and begins firing shots.

The third shot hits the cashier in the leg.

As he falls to the ground, George Tracy says, have a good day, bro, and runs.

Nancy, the robbery and shooting caught on surveillance footage, leading cops to Tracy.

The gun used in the shooting and clothing worn in the video then recovered at Tracy's home.

The victim was hospitalized for his gunshot wound, but always in stable condition.

Tracy was federally charged in the shooting as a previous felon.

George Tracy 21 sentenced to over 13 years behind bars, even after a plea deal to one-count discharging firearm during violent felony.

Michael Murray buys a used car from a Utah dealership, but minutes after leaving the lot, the check engine light turns on.

Murray turns around, demands his money back for the lemon.

Management says the car was sold as is, and they won't take it back.

Murray threatens to drive through the dealership and storms out.

A few hours later, he follows through on that promise and crashes the car through the

front of the dealership, shattering large plate glass windows. Thankfully, no one injured.
