Summary

In this episode of Strange Matters we share a collection of unexplained and creepy listener stories that have been shared with us. Each of these stories involved personal encounters and experiences that can not be easily explained. These tales range from possible UFO sightings, to direct Alien visits, creepy shadow figures, smelly co-hosts, and bizarre strangers. 0:30.3	In this episode we will once again be sharing creepy and unexplained listener stories that have been sent into us.
0:37.0	Though each of these stories are different, they all share one thing in common.
0:41.0	The content within is something mysterious and unexplained,
0:45.4	and each of them is creepy in their own right. So let's get started. Our first story that I want to get into
0:51.3	was just recently sent into us from Joan, and it actually
0:54.7	relates to our last episode on Close Encounters.
0:59.1	In that episode, one of the cases we covered was the popular Hill Ab in which Betty and Barney Hill were supposedly
1:05.8	followed and abducted by aliens in New Hampshire in 1961. Joan just sent in an email which I think shed some light on the case from someone
1:15.1	who was actually in the area around the same time and this is what she had to say.
1:20.8	I grew up in Methuen, Massachusetts, about a 30-mile drive to Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
1:26.0	There was quite a bit of talk around the time of UFOs in that area.
1:30.0	Now keep in mind the Portsmouth Air Force Base was in full operation during that time.
1:34.8	I remember walking home from the Methuen Square with a friend, 1968-ish, about a mile from home.
1:42.3	Suddenly there was this huge bright round shape hovering in the sky.
1:46.0	I am thinking this is around 4.30 in the afternoon.
1:50.0	Still, the lights were so bright that traffic stopped on both sides of the street to look up at the sky.
1:55.0	Totally freaked myself and my friend out and we were convinced it was aliens.
2:00.0	Fast forward to 1971.
2:02.0	My friend and I were driving back from a work Christmas party and saw the same round shape in the sky. This was her first time seeing this kind of thing. She insisted on driving down to the Peace Air National
