Today I actually had a question and I really wanted to ask you,

how do you determine your value?

This is an extremely important question and we're going to keep it short today.

How do you determine your value?

If you want people to show up in your life and value you,

how do you value yourself?

How do you scale your value?

What are your priorities?

Something I often say is your credentials are in your spirit,

not in your IG bio.

What does that mean?

You know, often we go to some Instagram page and they have all their accolades and titles.

And of course, that's great.

You know, we're going to show what we do in the world.

We're going to show our professionalism.

But far too often we put all our value in these accolades,

in these things, in these titles, surface level,

but your value, your credentials are in your spirit,

your credentials are in your character, not your Instagram bio,

not your trophies, not your titles.

You know, these are fruits of our labor.

These are the fruits of our hard efforts.
