Recently, I had the pleasure of guesting on Scott Perry's show, Creative on Purpose Live.

He asked me to think about one word, and then share what that word meant to me. It's probably no

surprise to you, but I chose the word regeneration. So we got to dig in deep,

talk about what this word means as it relates to our climate, our social systems, and our

global responsibility. It was a really interesting conversation over a cup of coffee.

Now, I've been asked recently by Julie Loken, who I co-host Femcasters with,

what my word of the year would be for 2022. And I have to tell you, I think I'm still stuck on

this concept of regeneration. Because really, if we're regenerating our social systems,

our approach to our daily lives, and our approach to the climate,

isn't that something worth living for? So I ask you, this is a great time to reflect. What are you
