Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Welcome to the Busy Mom Podcast. How are you guys

doing today? It's Monday, moment of silence, because it's Monday, and we're doing this thing

all over again. I was looking at my calendar the other day and I was thinking I cannot believe,

and maybe it's just, I think this happens when you have children, but time seems like

it just goes faster and faster and faster, and I know I certainly feel that way, and so

I'm trying to just slow down a little bit, and it seems like the more, you know, what's

that my grandma's to say, the herrier I go, the behinder I get, this little thing that

was hanging in my grandma's kitchen when I was growing up. Anyway, I just want to welcome

you guys to the podcast today. I hope that your fall has gotten off to a good start. We

are loving it here in the Pacific Northwest. This is actually my favorite time of year.

The leaves are fallen about a year and a half ago. My mother-in-law purchased a hot
