I can't find an asset class out there that will allow you to start with little money if you do rental

There's so many people in the business that think you need thousands and thousands of units

to achieve a lot of passive income.

But that's not the case.

Clearly, you can have very few properties

and achieve the same level of success,

if not greater, than owning more assets.
