I'm excited to be here with you and see where this conversation goes.

It seems like it's going to go a lot of different places fast. So I'm

excited for what we have to talk about today. We were chatting a little bit

where we started recording. You've got a very interesting story. You've got a very

interesting path that led you to become successful and now your passion and desire to help others be able to do the same so without giving too much information out I'll just let you do the rest of the talking right for those out there that maybe don't know a whole lot about you.

Could you give us a brief background about yourself and tell us at the end of the day, what got you

interested in real estate mystery?

Yeah, a little bit about myself.

I graduated from a state university in Iowa and I was a debt statistic when I graduated.

So, debt statistic meaning I was, I was upside down on my car I had $30,000 in student loans I had eight

granted credit card debt I mean I kind of sounded like a Dirk Spently song when I graduated

and I realized that that like a Dirk Spently song when I graduated.

And I realized that financial security,

financial freedom was probably not within my grasp

if I was going to continue down this path that I was on. And so my wife and I got married at a fairly young age, 24, and my wife and I decided we were going to live differently than most, which basically meant we were going to live on one income and it happened to be hers.

She was my sugar mom at the time. Joshua was a pretty good deal.
