So for all those out there that really don't know who you are,

because you were like, a lot of people might not know who I am. So for those people,

give us a brief background about yourself and tell us ultimately what kind of got you

almost macro into the equity trading, investing space, but then micro into real estate.

Yeah, so really high level here.

So I grew up in an entrepreneur family.

My parents had their own practices.

My dad was in a denture clinic.

My mom had a hearing clinic.

They were like the top sales in our area.

They crushed it.

They also got into real estate.

So while my dad stepping back a notch, my dad grew up always listening to motivational books on how to do real estate and Zig Zig Ziglar.

I grew up going to Zig Ziglar events in Toronto.
