This is one of those rare occasions where we have brought a guest back for the second time.

If you've been any long time listener of the show, then you recognize his name,

bringing on none other than Zach, Hapton style. Zach has been able to do some incredible things in the syndication business,

literally just in the last four and a half years.

And that's probably why you hear listening to me today

because you've already seen from the title

how much success he has been able to achieve in such a short time frame.

They have over 220, probably 230 or some odd full-time employees now, over a $ billion dollar real estate business through

syndications and it's been incredible to see how he's been able to do it so we

really took a deep dive today and into how he actually built it out and how the operations of his current company function right now having scaled to the level that he's been able to scale. And then of course you guys can't forget the

pod decks segment and the core four. We ask some pretty hilarious questions on the pod decks.
