Welcome back to this week's segment

of the no limit minute, first no limit minute of 2024.

Can you believe it?

It's honestly hard to have them,

that 2023 has already been honest. And that now, it on this new year a lot of people usually like to set new goals in the new year

They like to set new expectations

They like to shoot for higher, greater, better things.

More like questions has always been,

why are we waiting until a year ends to set new goals for ourselves,

to make changes, to make positive changes and forward momentum in our lives.

It seems like an excuse to delay the inevitable,

which is likely that if you're not making any changes throughout the year, you're not going to make any new changes when the new year starts.

Kind of like what you see when you, January of every new new year you see all the gyms in America

really busy and they got all these new clients and then by February March they're

back to what they were.

They're not that busy anymore, a lot of canceled

canceled subscriptions.

So we don't want to be those people.

I want to be the people that remain consistent,

that set goals, and then follow through with those goals regardless of it being a new year or it being June, June of that particular year.
