Now we are actually this is a repeat guest. Whitney has been on the show with this before

back on episode 64 back in May of 2021 so being able to have him come out the

second time is just phenomenal I'm so glad he actually took the time to come out the second time is just phenomenal. I'm so glad he actually

took the time to come out and do this. But also the growth he's seen just over less

than a year. I mean, May to today, we're recording today. is March 2nd, and it is absolutely mind-boggling what

he's been able to accomplish in less than a year.

He has more than doubled his portfolio. He has more than tripled his cash actually raised

over the last, you know, what months, and has started a fund and has like hired, you know, 10, 15 extra employees.

It's just absolutely phenomenal.

The scalabilityability that he has achieved over the last couple of months.

And so what we're talking about today is his ability to scale how he kind of did that, how he went

from where he was to where he is today.

Overall, just how anyone can do it, what that might look like, and specifically what it

might look like through something called thinking time.

And thinking time, I mean, it's exactly what it sounds like, but it comes from a book called The Road Less Stupid, which is a fantastic book, and we'll talk about it further in the show, but that the entry chapter there's thinking time to actually think about what you've read and think about how that can pertain to your

particular business, your particular situation, and how you can overcome an obstacle that you might have in regards to the topic that was just discussed.
