I'd want to make sure that anybody I was dealing was you had an alignment of values and

you had a commitment to the partnership beyond just that initial goal.

And that's a tough thing to uncover, but you've got to ask really good questions about,

again, what are your goals? What are you hoping to accomplish? What happens after that?

What happens in five years? Do you want to grow a big company that has, you know, 50 employees? Do you want to have a company where it's just three of us, right? You need to really get into some of the psyche of what this individual is looking for to determine whether or not they're a good partner.

Kasman he's done some pretty incredible things over the course the last three years which was quite literally the last time we had him on this show.

around the business when it comes to hiring employees, when it comes to sourcing deals, when it comes to

scale, how to grow, what all that looks looks like how we've done it in our own
