1:30.0	if Biden is the one that gets elected, because I know he he's I don't want to say he's anti real estate but he's trying to get all these taxes taken like tax benefits taken away and basically increase the taxable income and or capital gains and take away

1:53.4	So I'm just, I guess I'm just wondering out loud how everyone else is feeling about it.
