What is happening to everybody?

This is part two of market economics, right?

What's taking place over the next six to 12 months?

And when part two, and part one, if you guys listen to that one,

you know, we talked very specific about different micro macro levels of the economy,

cap rates, interest rates, fed hikes, creativity from a financing perspective.

We talked about a lot of different factors.

And so today, I wanted to really zero in and focus on the equity side of it.

Because if you don't have your equity lined up,

if you don't already have those relationships,

if you haven't already raised that cash before,

then it may not be as lucrative of a time for you

because you won't be in a position to take advantage.

So what you're going to need to do,

to really be able to take advantage from an equity perspective,

we're going to need to start having a lot of communication with our investors.

So if you're out there, you've raised cash before,

you have a group of investors,

you've had these conversations,

you currently have deals closed.

Regardless of what it is,

maybe you just have a list of potential investors
